About me

I believe: my training, experience, and proven ability as an On-Site Tier Two Technical Support Specialist for a large Swedish Furniture Retailer has developed not only technical knowledge but also my social skills.

This challenging environment has put me in to a position wanting to achieve even more. Through my work I have gained unique insight in to the business by creating the ITIL for over 30 local solutions used at all retail locations in Switzerland, significantly contributing to the productivity and quality of the company's IT division. Ever since, I have been involved in the steering and alignment of the ITIL to match the business’s needs by communicating with our base of Soliton Owners in retail and customer service, recommending necessary adjustments in the ITSM of the documented solutions. These skills have enabled me to become responsible for the dispatching of incidents to the 11 retail locations throw-out Switzerland.

You will find that I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of ITSM and troubleshooting. I possess a unique talent for translating highly complex technical information into terms and concepts that the end users can readily grasp. I have experience in supporting various desktop operations, carrying out soft & hardware installations and continuous Life- Cycle management. Furthermore, I am multi-task oriented, enjoy a challenge, and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in the IT field.
